The Road to Emmaus: Walking Together in Friendship

The Road to Emmaus (RTE) group was created in 2023 for single Catholics aged 30–50 in our Maronite Eparchy. Its mission is to build friendships with like-minded people and provide a welcoming space for single Catholics navigating life and faith together, building meaningful connections, strengthening community, and supporting one another spiritually and socially.

Our membership of over 150 men and women comes from multiple churches across the Eparchy. The RTE committee organises an official event on the first Saturday of every month, alternating between social activities and spiritual gatherings. These include walks, group lunches and dinners, trivia nights, golf driving range outings, and spiritual formation events.
