The Events Committee is responsible for the planning, management, and execution of major parish events, liturgies, and processions. Working closely with the Dean of the Cathedral, Parish Pastoral Council and various parish committees, the team ensures that each event is well coordinated, meaningful, safe, and reflective of the spiritual and communal life of the parish.

The committee’s responsibilities include scheduling events, coordinating volunteers, arranging entertainment and third-party vendors, managing traffic and logistics, and developing new initiatives to enrich parish life. Beyond major parish events, the committee also supports other parish groups and ministries, helping to ensure the successful delivery of activities and initiatives throughout the church calendar.

Events coordinated by the Committee include Hosanna Sunday Mass celebrations, Passion Week services, processions marking the conclusion of the Months of May and October, Corpus Christi and Sacred Heart of Jesus celebrations, the Feast of the Assumption, and Christmas Carols. These occasions bring individuals and families together in a spirit of prayer, reverence, celebration, and fellowship.

Through its dedication, teamwork, and faithful service, the Events Committee continues to play a vital role in fostering a vibrant parish community. Parishioners are warmly encouraged to share ideas, volunteer their time, or contribute their talents and resources to support upcoming events.
