
Corona Covid-19 & parish attendance Update | 1 Sept 2020
Dear Parishioners,
Thank you for your cooperation so far with the resumption of Mass and Services within our Parish. We ask that you continue to follow the rules set by the Parish and any instructions that may be given by volunteers.
To maintain a safe environment, and to ensure we are able to keep our doors open, please see the below list that we require your cooperation with
- To maintain appropriate capacity, all parishioners attending mass at the following times will be required to contact the Parish Office to pre-book their mass attendance on 02 9689 2899 during working hours or book online on www.olol.org.au
a. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 6pm
b. Wednesday at 5:30pm or 7pm
c. Saturday at 6pm
d. All Sunday Masses - Please ensure the name and contact details are registered before entering the Mass.
- All Parishioners must sit in the appropriately marked pew. The amount of markings in the pew is indicative of the maximum amount of people allowed in that pew. Only young children will be permitted to sit next to their parents.
- Gathering outside the Church is not permitted.
- If you are running late, your spot will be given away.
- No entry will be permitted into the Church after the proclamation of the Epistle
- All Parishioners are to enter via the Grotto entrance and to exit via the Church stairs
- Temperature checks will be taken and anyone with a high temperature will be refused entry into the Church.
We continue to pray, with the intercession of Our Blessed Mother, for an end to this pandemic.
